Discover healing with Reiki and massage

My name is Alyssa Stuart and I am a Reiki Master and Swedish/relaxation masseur. I am passionate about wellness of the mind, body, soul and spirit, and encourage clients to give self-love and to live as their heart desires.

Reiki is a Japanese healing which translates to “universal life force energy”. It is a non- invasive and non-manipulative energy healing. 

Reiki energy flows through the seven major chakra points providing balance and holistic health and energy.

The state of our emotional, mental and spiritual unrest can lead to physical illness, ailments and chronic pain. This is our bodies way of letting us know it is time to heal our whole self and overcome any past or recent traumas.

The most effective way to receive reiki is through being in a relaxed state or deep rest. For this reason, Reiki is well known for its healing to

· Enhance mental clarity

Reiki has many more health benefits, some being;
